The Clubhouse CY operates an indoor golf simulator facility offering state-of-the-art golf simulation technology. We provide golf clubs and balls suitable for all ages and genders at no additional charge. Coaching and instruction services are available upon request. We also host group events, birthday parties, and corporate team-building activities.

All ages are welcome at The Clubhouse CY. Children under 16 years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times. Adult supervisors are fully responsible for the behavior and safety of minors under their care.

We are open daily from 8am to 10pm. Hours are subject to change on public holidays, with advance notice provided via our website and social media channels.

All major payment methods are accepted. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. All prices displayed are final and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through our TidyCal booking system.

Starting from €30 per hour per bay. Group and event pricing available upon request. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Golf clubs and balls are provided free of charge. Equipment suitable for all ages, genders, and skill levels is available. Guests must use provided equipment responsibly and with care. Guests are liable for deliberate damage to equipment or facilities caused by misuse or negligence.

All guests must follow staff instructions regarding equipment use and safety protocols. The Clubhouse CY does not serve or permit consumption of alcoholic beverages on premises. Appropriate behavior is expected at all times. We reserve the right to terminate sessions immediately for unsafe behavior, intoxication from external sources, or violations of our terms.

Golf is played at your own risk. The Clubhouse CY is not responsible for personal injury sustained during play. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities caused by their negligence or misuse.

Please arrive on time for your booking. Late arrivals do not extend session end times. Sessions are limited to the booked duration only. Maximum bay capacity must not be exceeded for safety reasons. Non-alcoholic food and beverages are permitted.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with Cyprus law.

Book online through our secure TidyCal booking system. Select your preferred date, time, and session duration. Payment is required to confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation email immediately upon successful booking.

Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.

24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling available.

Less than 24 hours: No refund, but you may reschedule once subject to availability.

No-shows: Non-refundable with no rescheduling permitted.

To reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. One free reschedule is permitted per booking.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session time. Late arrivals do not extend your session end time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.

Contact us directly for group rates and availability. Special cancellation terms may apply to large group bookings and will be discussed at the time of booking. A deposit may be required for large groups.

In the event that equipment failure prevents play, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your convenience. We are not responsible for brief technical interruptions that do not significantly impact your session.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
